Final Assessment

Individual Task.

Please write a 2,000-word self-reflection essay in which you discuss and evaluate what you have learned about yourself in relation to the three areas of the course – personality, mind and skills development. Please reflect on your strengths, insights and areas for future development and in addition, include what you learned from the mandatory speaker events you attended.

Formalities:

· Submission – Word document

· Word limit: 2,000 words

· Font: Arial 12,5 pts.

· Text alignment: Justified.

· Essay structure – beginning, middle and conclusion.

· Any in-text References and the Bibliography have to be in Harvard’s citation style.

· Use and application of relevant key concepts, theories, and models

Student applies fully relevant knowledge from the topics delivered in class.

Student applies mostly relevant knowledge from the topics delivered in class.

Student applies little relevant knowledge from the topics delivered in class. Misunderstands are evident.

Critical Thinking (30%)

Student critically assesses in excellent ways, drawing outstanding conclusions from relevant authors.

Student provides some insights but stays on the surface of the topic. References may not be relevant.
