In Week 5, you will discuss about Organizational Development (OD), a planned process of change using behavioral science in an organization-wide process. Next, you will focus on barriers to change which could include lack of a change agent, inadequate finances and/or capacity, poor leadership and resistance to change by senior management, and lack of the necessary technology.
