     Assume the role of the character of George Mackee for the purpose of writing the email.
2.  Write a DOWNWARD/negative email to your employees regarding your decision (relocate, fix the emissions problem, compromise somehow “ your choice. For example, you may choose to tell your employees you are leaving Hondo, or cutbacks due to having to pay for new scrubbers, etc.)    
3.  Be thorough in your email to your employees in consideration of your choice of handling the matter.  Include appropriate details; be vigilant with spelling, punctuation, grammar, etc.
