Ava is the medical administrative assistant at a doctors office. She is always smiling, positively chatting with her co-workers, and going above and beyond for patients. Ava calls the insurance companies for patients and always has all paperwork ready to go so no one has to wait.
Based on Avas behavior, how would you describe the doctors office culture? How does her behavior reflect the culture? Tip: An organizations culture includes many aspects, including the way workers behave and the way in which work is done.
