14. In 1969, psychiatrist and death-and-dying expert Elizabeth Kubler-Ross wrote a book called On Death and Dying which introduced the 5 Stages of Grief; which are 1) Denial, 2) Anger 3) Bargaining 4) Depression 5) Acceptance. Current research suggests that not everyone who experiences a loss falls into the 5 Stages of Grief.
