In fire and emergency services (FES) organizations, ethical behavior encompasses a wide range of behavior, and firefighters make subjective decisions every day that could lead to an ethical allegation. Do you believe a formalized code of ethics should be developed by a national organization that would hold FES personnel to a standard?
