Using the Geert Hofstede website, choose the country you are researching. Throughout this course you develop a report that will be presented as your final project. The report will explore countries in which possible expansion can be achieved. You will use the company chosen in the previous section as your example for expansion into the chosen country.  The country is Nigeria
 Using the research from the Geert Hofstede website as well as information from your textbook and other sources, answer the following questions about the country you for expansion:
1. Identify and compare the Power Distance of your country against the Power Distance of the United States. Present the countrys score as well as an explanation of your finding.
2. Identify your countries Uncertainty Avoidance against that of the United States. Present the countrys score as well as an explanation of your finding.
3. What it your countries Long Term Orientation compared to the United States? Present the countries score as well as an explanation of your finding.
4. How would a countries Power Distance, Uncertainty Avoidance and Long Term Orientation effect your organizations expansion and/or operation within that country?
Write a minimum 3-page paper using your findings from above.
