Assignment: Criminal Justice System Flow Charts
In this assignment, you will be evaluating and explaining two different countries criminal justice system through the creation of Systems Flow Charts. Create an original system flow chart of the criminal justice system for any two countries (except the United States) that you are interested in learning about. Be sure that these charts are of your own creation.
Write a 500“750-word description for each chart in which you explain the process of how an offender moves through the system. Develop data points (For example: entry into the system), with at least four in each sub-system (one of the four must be an exit point). Evaluate the effectiveness between the judicial system within each country based on the differences in legal systems. Including the introduction and the conclusion the paper will be between 750 and 1,000 words.

Your paper should be in APA format and include a title and reference page. Use at least three credible sources beyond the text material to support your position.

Critically discuss with your classmates the claim that adversarial proceedings can be distinguished as relying more on the governments ability to prove guilt (following specific rules of criminal procedure the defendants guilt whereas the inquisitorial process spends more time on investigations to determine if the defendant truly committed the crime).
