Please select one health behavior that you would like to change as a group. Then, please apply the socio-ecological framework to describe at least one intervention you would recommend at each of the three main levels of the framework (intrapersonal, interpersonal and environment levels) if you wanted to change your selected health behavior in a rural population. For each intervention you choose, please answer the following questions:
1) Which health behavior models/theories/concepts will you incorporate into the intervention? Please also describe HOW you would incorporate these concepts into your intervention.
2) What are some key stakeholders you would need to consider when developing this intervention in a rural setting? It may be helpful to review Chapter 4 in your textbook.
