Effective professional development can transform teaching and learning. For this assignment, you will create a visual representation such as an infographic, a brochure, or a single-page flyer meant to show others the purpose and value of professional development. Chapter 6 of Mooney & Mausbach (2008) and your personal experiences with professional development, along with
Chapter 8 of Mooney & Mausbach (2008), pages 153-161, the section entitled, Four Dimensions of Leadership Work
Your flyer, infographic, or brochure must address the components described below.

Written Communication Expectations

APA Formatting: Follows APA when citing research in-text. Includes an accurately formatted references list as part of flyer, brochure, or infographic.
Source Requirement: References at least two scholarly sources in addition to Mooney and Mausbach (2008), providing compelling evidence to support ideas. All sources on the references page need to be used and cited correctly within the body of the assignment.
