Argument Essay (Classical Structure)
Description of assignment
For this unit, we read about online doxing. For your paper, write an essay in which you assert your views on Amy Chua’s parenting style as outlined in her article. Be sure to write a clear thesis statement. Feel free to draw on examples from other readings, current events, historical events, and/or the world around you to illustrate your ideas. 
Writing Requirements: 

1000-1500 words
Must follow the Classical structure
Double-spaced & 12-point Times New Roman
Clear thesis statement
Interesting Title
MLA formatting, including header, heading, in-text citations, and works cited page
Use at least 1 source (You can use the readings and other sources.)

Your paper will be evaluated by the following criteria:

Meets all writing and deadline requirements
Has a clear position
Provides reasons why the position is valid
Provides evidence from appropriate sources for each reason
