This template will guide you through laying out your goals and corresponding indicators.  You will determine how you will get the data you will be monitoring and how frequently you will check in and evaluate your progress.  You will be asked to identify stakeholders and systems related to your goal.  Finally, you will consider larger system level transformations necessary to increase impacts related to your goal.   You may use your personal Sustainability Action Plan as an accessible reminder of your commitment to creating a more sustainable world.  Be aware that you will be required to reflect on your progress toward your goals in your final reflection assignment for this course.
