Solution one is communicating to trainees, talking to trainees and telling them the purpose of the course, way the course is important, objective and goals and who will attend. Solution two is assigning pre work, assigning pre work will ensure that trainees attend the course with a sense of focus and some understanding of the course content. Lastly Solution three is providing an overview, give trainees the big picture of the course that includes objectives, the timeline of events, what are the activities and assignments.
