Statement 1:   Today, the use of technology has been a blessing and a curse for law enforcement. The use of body-cameras is standard for many police officers (Chapman, 2019). For officers that follow the law, it saves him or her from lawsuits. However, for officers that fly above the law, it can lead to prosecution if they act inappropriately or break constitutional rights.  
Statement 2:    In a legal dispute, it is imperative that psychological details are provided so that a fair trial can be held. Psychological  details include any medical history, any discriminatory or protection laws regarding mental illness, and data so that can the courts see any possible trends.
